This Privacy Policy explains how Cedar Operating Partners (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and safeguards personal information you provide when expressing interest in, or participating in, the Entrepreneur-in-Residence Programme (“EiR Programme”).

We process personal information in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and applicable guidance issued by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

  • Contact information: email address, telephone number.
  • Programme information: CV, biography, areas of expertise, engagement preferences, availability.
  • Technical information: IP address, device type, and basic site analytics where you consent.

  • Assess your expression of interest in the EiR Programme.
  • Match you to suitable engagements as opportunities arise.
  • Communicate with you about the programme.
  • Maintain a record of our engagement with you.

We process your information based on your consent, our legitimate interest in operating the EiR Programme, and compliance with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your information. We may share it with:

  • Cedar Group affiliates supporting the programme.

We retain your information for as long as you remain part of the EiR network and for a reasonable period thereafter to support legitimate business and regulatory needs.
